Paradigm has added residential and commercial bridging loan provider, TAB, to its lender panel.

From today, Paradigm member firms will be able to access TAB’s range of first and second charge residential and commercial bridging loans, development and refurbishment finance products.

Earlier this week, TAB launched a new residential investment mortgage product.

Richard Howes, director of Mortgages at Paradigm, said: We continue to look for lenders and providers that can offer Paradigm member companies a wide range of product solutions, including those specialist options like bridging and commercial loans, plus development finance and refurbishment options.

This is why we are very pleased to be adding TAB to our panel. In a very short time, TAB has built up a very strong reputation for quality products and service, and it is certainly the case that more advisers have clients for whom these products are now suitable, he added.

Our member companies will also benefit from TAB’s flexible approach to underwriting and valuations, and a commitment to work with all parties to get the right deal for the client. We are looking forward to working with the TAB team and putting their proposition in front of our member companies.

Jon Sturgess, sales development director at TAB, said: Paradigm is one of the UK’s leading mortgage distributors and we are extremely proud to be a part of its lender panel. Our commitment to delivering outstanding property finance solutions is well aligned with Paradigm’s objectives, and we are confident that our competitive and innovative offerings will greatly benefit Paradigm’s member companies.

Sturgess said: 2023 was extremely exciting for TAB with the launch of our new commercial mortgage product, our new funding line from NatWest and new investment opportunities. Joining Paradigm’s lender panel is a great start to 2024 and we are on track to announce new mortgage products over the next few weeks. We are looking forward to working with Paradigm, its member companies and partners going forward.
