Green Mortgages operates nationwide with offices in key UK cities, including London, Cardiff, Birmingham, and Manchester
Mortgage and protection network Stonebridge has announced that brokerage Green Mortgages has joined its network, adding to its expanding roster of appointed representative (AR) firms.
Green Mortgages operates nationwide with offices in key UK cities, including London, Cardiff, Birmingham, and Manchester. Led by managing director Michael Kallaras and co-founders Harry and Jack Power, the firm employs more than 20 staff members and has assisted over 5,000 clients with mortgage applications since its inception.
Independent research by Network Consulting Services found that Stonebridge achieved the largest net increase in AR firms among all UK mortgage and protection networks last year.
Many of the advisory firms we speak to about joining Stonebridge have strong aspirations for growth and want to work with a network that can help them fulfil these aspirations, said Rob Clifford, chief executive at Stonebridge. The team at Green Mortgages certainly has that goal, and we could not be more pleased that they have put their trust in Stonebridge to support them on their growth journey.
Firms want a principal partner with exemplary financial standing, infrastructure, and commitment to both people and technology. We want the same things. It is why we focus investment in the areas that enable us to deliver in the areas most valued by AR firms such as Green Mortgages, he said.
Commenting on the partnership, Kallaras expressed satisfaction at joining Stonebridge, highlighting the significant opportunities and high level of support the move offers for Green Mortgages’ business growth.
It was vitally important that we chose a network that we will have a close working relationship with and which understands our growth strategy and everything we want to achieve with Green Mortgages, he said.
