The new system will form the central hub to proactively manage and protect the client base
CRM and mortgage management platform, Mortgage Magic, is to provide mortgage and protection brokerage Access Financial Services with a new back office system with full front end integration.
Access employs 60 advisers and has growth plans to double its adviser count over the next year.
The new system will provide a compliant ‘enquiry to completion’ process accessible from any location by advisers and support staff as well as forming the central hub through which the client base can be proactively managed and protected.
Tanjir Sugar, chief executive of Mortgage Magic, said: We are delighted to have been chosen to provide the infrastructure for such a large and highly regarded mortgage brokerage as Access. We are providing a complete cloud based CRM solution for proactive customer management, while at the front end, our platform offers built in case tracking, electronic ID verification, secure GDPR compliant document storage, support in the form of a strong compliance function with 100% file checking and can be fully integrated with providers such as Twenty7Tec and iPipeline if required.
What sets us apart is our ability to constantly evolve thanks to our advanced use of AI technology which allows us to innovate quickly and meet the specific needs of customers like Access. Our platform is therefore just as relevant to small firms and single advisers as it is to large players like Access, Sugar said.
Karl Wilkinson, CEO of Access Financial Services, added: Our future plans depend on having a rock solid infrastructure to help us manage our client base and to enable our growing number of advisers and support team members to provide new customers with a level of service that not only increases our efficiency but which is compliant. Mortgage Magic’s package does just that.
